How it works

A month, start to finish.

One run a month. It cannot be paid twice, it is priced on the rates in force then, and one calculation produces every file you need.

01

Add Ama once

Name, country, salary, bank account. Ghana's rates are already loaded.

Basic pay 6,500.00

02

Open August

Pay date 05-09

03

Work it out

The rates that applied in August, not today's.

Pension 357.50 ยท tax 1,134.12

04

Take the files

Payment file, payslip, statutory forms and an accounts entry.

One calculation, every output

Ama takes home

5,008.38

Paid into her account on 5 September.

Tax and pension

1,491.62

Sent to the Ghana Revenue Authority and SSNIT.

What the role costs you

7,345.00

Her pay plus the 845.00 you pay on top.

One calculation produced all of it: the payment file, her payslip, the forms and the accounts entry. Figures in GHS.

Re-run this August five years from now. Same numbers, to the last coin.

When a rate changes we add a new version with the date the change starts. Months paid before that date keep the old rates for good, so a past month never quietly changes. Every payslip carries the version it was priced on and the name of the person who countersigned that rate set.
